Before undertaking psychometric assessments, you may find it useful to read through this document.

Personality Profiles

These assessments are designed to assess your interests, preferences, and feelings about a range of topics. You will be presented a series of statements and asked to rate yourself on a scale. Each question has a number of options from which you may choose only one.

Although there is no time limit, your first choice of answer is likely to be more accurate than thought-out responses. Please note there are no right or wrong answers.

General Reasoning Test (GRT2)

A comprehensive and accurate measure of mental ability, the GRT2 test is specifically designed to assess applicants for roles that require a general level of reasoning ability. Critical Reasoning Test Battery (CRTB2AR1)

Providing a detailed and accurate measure of critical reasoning capability, this assessment consists of three sections: Verbal Critical Reasoning, Numerical Critical Reasoning, and Abstract Reasoning.
