Executive

Our Executive Option will outline your applicant's strategic reasoning and intelligence to help predict judgement, problem solving ability, and creativity. Included is an indicator of their likely working style and interpersonal strengths and weaknesses, as well as risk factors for potentially negative behaviours. This package will also give you an overview of what should motivate and inspire your candidate, and what kind of work environment they are likely to create. We follow up with verbal feedback to you to help summarise and integrate all the information.
