Frucor had identified an opportunity to enhance the use of psychometric services for recruitment across their New Zealand business. They were interested in appointing a preferred supplier with the capability to provide psychometric services for recruitment, leadership development, and talent assessment. The client also wanted to appoint a high quality and suitably experienced service provider who would operate on an exclusive basis for new applications and a preferred basis for all other testing.
What We Did
Added Insight and Added Insight Director, Fiona Hancock, have a long history of working with Frucor supporting and enhancing the performance of their leaders through the use of assessments and feedback coaching. Added Insight has acted as a psychometric preferred supplier for Frucor since 2013. We deliver psychometric assessment services for Frucor’s candidates from team member positions through to Directors. The assessment solutions provided are tailored to the appropriate level and area of the business. Added Insight partners with Frucor, recommending the most appropriate assessments, providing the co-ordination and administration of assessment solutions, interpreting and delivering comprehensive written reports, as well as verbal feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
In delivering these services to Frucor we have consistently delivered to service expectations, delivering reports within 24 hours of candidates completing their reasoning assessments. Where there is additional urgency to turnaround a psychometric assessment more quickly than the standard, we always oblige and expedite the process. All candidates get verbal feedback on their results free of additional charge and this usually happens at the time that they complete their reasoning assessment. A key element of the assessment process that is highly valued by Frucor are the verbal debriefs that we provide for hiring managers, free of additional charge, on the psychometric reports. We have delivered added value to Frucor through free interpretation workshops with their HR team to assist them in supporting hiring managers to get the most out of the psychometric process.
