Google Maps | Parking InfoIf you are a remote, overseas, or out of hours candidate who is taking a psychometric test or assessment via remote supervised testing, you will find the following helpful. To take the test online, you need to have Adobe Flash Player installed as a plug in on your web browser (download for free here).
You will also need to have Skype, a video call application. If you don't have Skype, you can download it for free at Skype.com. Remember to send a consultant at Added Insight your Skype user name before your psychometric remote assessment.
A webcam is required for Remote Supervised Assessment. If you are based in New Zealand, Added Insight may be able to courier a webcam to you for the purposes of the assessment.
At your appointment time, please visit the Online Assessment Website and await further instructions from the assessment administrator.
Tip: If you are using an Apple computer, when asked to use Page Up or Page Down, use the Apple Key + Up Arrow or Apple Key + Down Arrow respectively.
Make sure you have a Pen, Paper, and Calculator handy! You should also have your phone switched off, and ensure that nobody will disturb you for the duration of your assessment.
A comprehensive and accurate measure of mental ability, the GRT1 is designed to assess applicants for graduate, managerial and professional roles, and other jobs that require an above average level of reasoning ability.
A comprehensive and accurate measure of mental ability, the GRT2 test is specifically designed to assess applicants for roles that require a general level of reasoning ability. These include general administrative, accounting and junior financial roles, as well as technician roles.

Developed by Added Insight for use with candidates going into front-line selling and customer service roles, this psychometric personality test measures factors related to success in sales and customer service. In addition, the assessment also assesses emotional resilience, an important attribute for success in any role, but even more so for a high level of people contact and dealing with rejection or negative reactions from customers. This psychometric assessment is untimed, however takes approximately 10 minutes to complete online.
