Added Insight has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the GeneSys range of assessments, which are the predominant assessments Added Insight work with. The GeneSys range of assessments has been developed by a British based consulting firm, Psytech International. The GeneSys system is recognised by the British Psychological Society as having the necessary standard of rigour for use in the recruitment and selection of staff.
